• All our Sublimation transfers are printed in house on our commercial printer. 
• Sizing is based on largest side.
  
• Shirt or other substrates are not included.
• There are no returns or refunds on any transfers.
• If there is a defect found in the transfer, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving order.

Please Note: Sublimation does not use white ink therefore if there is white in a design it will become transparent and show the color of the substrate you apply it to instead.
